My work brings together nature, leadership and wellbeing. For more than twenty-five years, much of it at the Eden Project, I have created learning and leadership spaces shaped by care and relationship with the living world.

Nature is central to my work. Being outdoors shifts attention and offers different perspectives, creating space for life to be lived with greater care and fullness.
