My Offerings

I create space to pause and listen for what matters most in how we live and lead. In close relationship with the living world, my work supports finding ways into the changes that are needed. It encourages greater awareness, care in our actions and hope as a conscious choice.

I support individuals and groups through leadership and team development, coaching and mentoring, environmental education and programme management.

Leadership and Team Development

Nature-based workshops and retreats that help leaders and teams work together more effectively.

I deliver a range of experiences, from immersive four-night residential retreats to focused one-day workshops. Some programmes are well-established and ready to run, while others are carefully designed in response to the specific needs and context of the people involved.

Residential retreats take place at the Eden Project and other inspiring locations, in collaboration with an experienced and trusted team. I also offer workshops and retreats at your own location, bringing the same depth and quality of approach into your setting. Each programme is thoughtfully crafted to support reflection and learning, using nature as a guiding and accessible framework throughout.

Being outdoors and away from usual routines creates the conditions for slowing down, having more open and honest conversations, deeper listening and focus. Nature offers practical ways to reflect and see more clearly, helping people notice patterns, relationships and ways of working that are often overlooked. My work is thoughtful and grounded, inviting attention to what really matters.

“It is difficult to put into words what an amazing, transformational experience this has been from the first moment we arrived. I know this will continue and grow as I leave here”.

Outcomes:
Clearer leadership direction, deeper listening and communication, a shared understanding of systems and patterns, practical changes that support healthier ways of working.

  • Leading in Uncertain Times

  • Values-Informed Leadership

  • Nature Connected Leadership and Well-being

  • Developing Trust and Shared Purpose

  • Working Well with Change

Coaching and mentoring that creates space for reflection and supports clear, confident choices.

Offered one-to-one or in small groups, this work supports people to meet life and work with greater presence and steadiness. It creates space to pause and speak openly, helping the nervous system settle and bring clarity to what matters most. Through this process, experiences are made sense of and decisions become clearer.

This work is for people living with pressure or uncertainty, sensing that something is no longer aligned, or navigating periods of change and responsibility. In busy lives, taking time to stop is essential, allowing what needs to shift to come into view and supporting action that feels grounded and regenerative.

Outcomes:

Greater clarity and peace, a stronger sense of direction grounded in personal values, increased steadiness under pressure, a greater capacity to rest and recover.

Coaching and Mentoring

“I've explored more about myself than I ever have been able to. That's amazing personally but also professionally”.

Nature-based sessions that support children’s development through regular time outdoors.

Forest School provides children with consistent opportunities to explore, play and learn in natural spaces. My Sessions are led with care and intention, allowing children to build skills, confidence, self-esteem and independence over time.

Learning is shaped by fun, curiosity and experience, helping children develop resilience and a meaningful relationship with the natural world.

Outcomes:
Increased confidence and self esteem, awe and wonder, a deeper connection to nature, a growing sense of belonging,

Project and programme support that recognises complexity and works with the whole system.

My work combines structured project planning with the ability to navigate change, supporting progress without unnecessary pressure. Every piece of work is carefully held, ensuring projects are well managed and meaningfully aligned with purpose.

Project and Programme management support includes:

  • Strategic and operational planning

  • Creation of engaging and well-crafted materials

  • Coordination across multiple workstreams

  • High-quality written materials and clear reporting

Outcomes:

Projects and programmes that deliver on time and with integrity, teams that feel supported, connected and confident in what they’re delivering, systems and processes that are efficient and adaptive, alignment across all stakeholders.

“Powerful, thoughtful, compassionate”.
