How I work

My work grew from early training in environmental science and conservation, shaped through close, practical work with nature. At the Eden Project, working hands-on with plants taught me to pay attention and to respect the pace of living systems. These experiences continue to shape how I understand change.

Over time, my work expanded into learning, leadership and systems-based practice. I now work with children, teams, managers and CEOs, supporting them to find clarity and steadiness in how they learn and lead. I work in a regenerative, people-centred way, guided by depth and attentiveness. The work begins by slowing down and paying attention, allowing direction to emerge.

Connection with the living world sits at the heart of my practice. When care for nature is felt rather than taught, it naturally shapes how people live and lead.

Awakened Living and Leading

Awakened Living and Leading is not a method but a way of being. It asks for presence and courage in difficulty and for leadership grounded in what is real, rather than in habit or expectation.

We are living through a time of deep ecological loss. The systems that sustain life are under increasing pressure and the consequences are not abstract warnings about the future, they are unfolding now and impossible to ignore. The natural world offers perspective and direction, showing how to meet uncertainty with deep attention and responsibility.

This is why much of my work takes place outdoors – in close relationship with the living world, awareness sharpens and responsibility becomes clear. Through cycles of change and renewal, nature reveals what is at stake and why commitment and change are necessary.
