My Art

My work is inspired by the Cornish landscape and a deep love of nature. I’m drawn to tiny details as much as wide horizons, from blades of grass to open skies. I try to capture a slower look, a chance to notice what often goes unseen.

The sea holds a strong place in my practice. Its movement and reflections, sometimes gentle, sometimes wild, carry shifting emotions and energy. I love working in oils and experimenting with different media, exploring ways to capture light, movement and texture. Whether layering watercolours for depth or trying out inks, pastels and pens.
